For simple patterns with your logo, we’ll be working with the “Elements” tab in the Patterned AI dashboard. Simply upload your logo file (we recommend a PNG with a transparent background for best results) and start customizing your pattern right away. It’s that simple, you’ll be designing in no time!

The Add Text option lets you personalize your pattern by adding your own text. Choose from six system fonts, and easily customize the size, alignment, and color to fit your branding.

Use Add Image if you want to include extra elements in your branded pattern perfect for enhancing your design!

With Add AI Element, you can generate custom AI-created elements to mix into your pattern. These elements default to a colorful, emoji-like style, so try this feature if it fits your brand.

Spacing is easy to adjust: sliding the toggle to the right makes your pattern tighter by reducing space between elements. Move the toggle to the left to add more space between them.

Under Pattern, you’ll find three composition options—experiment to see which one fits your logo best! Most logos look great with the middle option.

Background color gives you full control over your pattern’s backdrop. By default, it’s white, but you can pick any color or even adjust the transparency.

Use the Zoom tool to zoom in and out of your pattern to preview how it looks at different scales.

With Scroll Horizontally and Scroll Vertically, you can adjust the center point of your view, giving you a fresh look at your final design.

Want your pattern in a specific size? Use Change Resolution to customize the size for production. Just remember, adjusting these settings will make the file non-seamless.

Finally, try the Enhance with AI feature to create more variations of your pattern.

Pro tip #1 To add some extra flair to your pattern, try downloading an icon from https://www.flaticon.com/. Just type your business niche into the search bar, and pick an icon that complements

Pro tip #2 If your logo includes a geometric shape like a square or circle, save it without the text and upload just the shape. Enlarge it as much as possible, then duplicate the shape and place the copy in one of the corners. After that, reduce the spacing for a tighter design. (Check out the third picture for an example!)
